INNOVATION IN EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract: 
The purpose of the published article is to actualize the problem of studying and developing innovations in education as a factor of effective development of an educational organization and the implementation of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that allow to create an innovative field for the development and implementation of innovations in education. The research methodology is the work of domestic and foreign scientists V. I. Aleshin, M. V. Klarin, E. V. Ushakov, A.V. Khutorskoy, V. V. Kraevsky, M. M. Potashnik, A. I. Prigogine, F. Jansen, K. P. Jankowski, Th. Schumpeter, S. S. Kuznets, G. Mensh, Yu. V. Yakovets, E. Rogers, J. P. Andrew, E. S. De Rocco, A. Taylor, J. A. Hobson, E. Mansfield, J. S. Renzulli, R. K. Hartman. The main achievements that are presented in the article are: development of scientific description of the effectiveness of innovations in education through the design and modeling of the innovation process and innovative activity and the development of innovative multi-disciplinary thinking of the individual. Conclusions: innovations in education are a powerful factor of efficiency of educational organization, the phenomenon of which has a multidisciplinary and inter-disciplinary characteristics, emphasizing its complexity, multi-functional, integration, consistency and uncertainty of results.
