RESEARCH AND CORRECTION OF PROFESSIONAL STRESS OF EMPLOYEES OF MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract: 
Problem and purpose. The article is devoted to the study of the parameters of the psychoemotional state of employees of various divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). The purpose of the article: to analyze the possibilities of psychocorrectional work with the employees of the MES, who are in a situation of development of professional stress. Methodology. The study was carried out during the implementation of the program of socio-psychological correction of occupational stress. The basic factors that cause stress in this profession are substantiated: work in a waiting mode and constant collisions with danger for own life and a life of associates. The psychological characteristics of persons performing their professional duties in a situation of professional stress are described. The possibilities of psychocorrection of professional stress of the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees through the implementation of socio-psychological training and using methods of hardware psychoemotional unloading are shown. The application of methods of hardware correction is substantiated. A comparative analysis of the psychological characteristics of respondents before and after the implementation of psychocorrectional work is presented. The parameters of the psychoemotional state of the respondents are described, which were corrected with the help of group training sessions and with the help of hardware correction methods. In conclusion, it is concluded: implementation of the program of socio-psychological correction of occupational stress has allowed significantly improve psycho-emotional state of the respondents; use of hardware methods contributed to the stabilization of vegetative manifestations, helped to reduce obsessive-phobic disorders, improve memory and attention; development of optimal working condition.
