MOTIVATIONAL ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract: 
The article presents the results of the study of theoretical aspects of the formation of motivation of students to training and professional activities, the concept and structure of motivation of educational activities, analyzed the dynamics of changes in motivation of students to training and professional activities, revealed the relationship of employment of graduates of pedagogical University and the formation of human capital. The problem of the study is to determine the motivational aspects of the choice of professional preferences of students in the learning process. The empirical stage of the study was carried out on the basis of the Novosibirsk state pedagogical University. Based on the results of determining the level of motivation of students to professional teaching activities and identify the relationship of personal factors and professional motivation of students of pedagogical University developed a model of management of the level of motivation of students of pedagogical University to training and professional activities.
