The Influence of the Forms of Stimulating Physical Activity on the Mental Abilities of Teenagers

Abstract: 
This article refers to the investigation of stimulating forms of motor activity to the intellectual abilities of teenagers. This article investigates principles of physiological connections with intellectual activity in detail. The source of the analysis was actual experimental and theoretical data, both in native and in foreign investigations in the area of biology. This article investigates the influence of complex coordinative and fine coordinative skills exercises, analyzes their differences from other forms of motor activities. Pedagogical component of this research is that based on the analysis of laws of biological development, author creates the method of the PE lesson, based on complex coordinative and fine coordinative skills exercises. This research was created on the border of biological and pedagogical sciences. The uniqueness of the work is that there was an experiment in conditions of secondary school, a questionnaire was compiled to fix the indications in the level of intellectual development. The results of this research have practical usage and will be useful for the teachers. Materials of this article were discussed in the annual conference of the Department of Physical Education of NSPU.
