Teaching values of physical culture in students of the economic university in the process of conducting classes

Abstract: 
Problem and goal. The article deals with the problem of increasing students ‘ motivation to physical training by educating the values of physical culture, allowing them to design optimal life trajectories taking into account health-saving resources. The purpose of the article – from the standpoint of a systematic approach to reveal the mechanisms of education of values of physical culture in students of economic University, for the subsequent design of life strategy, taking into account health-saving resources. Methodology. The methodological basis for the development of values of physical culture in the process of training are systematic and axiological approaches. The use of a systematic approach allows to reveal the mechanism of values education among students as a set of interrelated and interdependent components representing a single whole. In turn, the axiological approach allows us to consider the student as an active subject of educational activity, the highest value of society and the goal of social development. Education of values of physical culture in the article is considered through the mechanism of identification and orientation. It is necessary to point out that the identification mechanism allows students to identify themselves with a person with an active life position responsible for building their life trajectory and managing it. The use of the mechanism of orientation in the process of physical education allows students to cultivate traditional values that they adopted in educational institutions and in the family before studying at the University. Thus, the use of mechanisms of education of values of physical culture of students in the classroom for physical culture, allow you to form a full, healthy person with an active life position, responsible for building their life trajectory, taking into account health-saving processes.
