The optimality of the choice of motivational directions in the structure of the balance of the temporal perspective of the personality

Abstract:
The article presents the patterns of formation of a balanced temporal perspective of the individual. The results of the research of entrepreneurs with a balanced and unbalanced temporal perspective of the individual are presented. Received an idea of the structure of motivational formations in the time perspective of the individual by a group of people relate to entrepreneurial activity, living in the Novosibirsk region and having different life trajectories. The hierarchy of motivational preferences, reflecting the success or failure of the individual, suggesting the possibility of successful self-realization has been studied. The article is focused on the search and formulation of hypotheses that broaden the understanding of the prognostic possibilities of the J. Nutten method in the aspect of self-determination, self-realization in life activity. Methodology. The theoretical foundations of the research were methodological tools of behaviorism or behavioral concepts of the psychological time of a person and time perspective (J. Nyutten, Z. R. Mellow), the concept of situationism (K. Levin, F. Zimbardo, J. Boyd), theory of psychological systems (B. F. Lomov, Yu. I. Aleksandrova, V. A. Barabanshchikov), system-atropological psychology (V. E. Klochko, O. M. Krasnoryadtseva, E. V. Glaadinsky), the concept of trans-temporality and self-identity (O.V. Lukyanov), various scientific concepts describing the relationship of human oveka over time. The article concludes that there are certain motivational repertoires inherent in successful and unsuccessful entrepreneurs. Defined areas of the ratio of motivational orientations, reflecting the ability of the individual to maintain a balance of involvement in work activities and personal life, while maintaining the position of a successful entrepreneur. The idea that the most important motivational areas for all research participants are related to certain aspects of the personality (self-development, obtaining new skills, developing stable living conditions, physical health), active activities (work, hobbies) and interaction with other people. The results of research can be used in various fields of human activity: in employment, creative work, education, in the formation of motivation to learn. Understanding the structure of the optimal balance of the temporal perspective allows practicing psychologists to build work on changing the general psychological state of a person and the formation of the temporal perspective of the individual, contributing to active and fruitful life activity.
