Design of partial for preschool children as a condition for the development of professional competencies of educational programs

Abstract: 
The scientific exposition. The problem of preschool education teachers’ professional competences’ development during the preschool education basic program’s part formed by the educational relations’ participants’ designing process (on the example of author’s partial educational programs for preschoolers) is revealed in the article. The goal setting. The purpose of the article is to describe the stages of design, implementation and quality assessment of the author’s partial program as a condition for the preschool education teachers’ professional competencies’ development. Methodological basis. The approaches of partial programs’ inclusion in the preschool education basic program’s part formed by the educational relations’ participants are described: reproductive and creative-search. The concepts of “author’s partial program” and “modified partial program” are differentiated; the author’s partial educational programs for preschoolers’ creation and approbation algorithm is presented, it includes seven phases: strategic, analytical, goal-setting, organizational and activity, approbation, reflexive evaluation, presentation. The Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University experience of teachers’ professional development’s educational routes’ building is presented: the additional professional educational programs (training programs) learning, scientific and methodological consultancy to preschool educational institutions group, training in magistracy.
