Еducational Website As Effective Tool In Improving Quality Of Education

Abstract: 
In this research article the Authors present the notions of education quality and it categories. They submit an educational site as effective instrument for providing quality of educational process. Raising the issues of achievement of educational quality, explaining the differences between effectiveness and quality of education. Describing the utilization of audio and video techniques with the assistance of Personal Website for foreign students learning Russian language. The Authors emphasize the necessity of competency-based approach of teachers into contemporary educational space. Also, they give detailed information how to work with website, it framework and functions. Research works, which are exemplified therein, prove the effectiveness of use of educational website as means of personal interaction between students and teachers in quality of acquisition of Russian language as foreign. Through the experimental activities with use of educational website when studying Russian language by foreign it was proved the effectiveness of website as means of cooperation in link teacher – learner. Presented the ample opportunity of use different methods and techniques through the personal website. The Authors are confident that such kind of techniques is one of way the administer education at present time.
