Formation Of Readiness Of Bachelors To Cultural And Leisure Activity In The Open Educational Space

Abstract: 
The problem and the goal of the presented article is to find the pedagogical possibilities for the effective formation of the readiness of modern bachelors for cultural and leisure activities in the changed socio-cultural conditions. The authors refer to the methodology of open higher education, develop and test a structural-functional model of the formation of readiness of bachelors for cultural and leisure activities in an open educational space. The main actions are the phased implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions: the enrichment of the content of higher education in order to develop motivational- value attitude to cultural and leisure activities; the inclusion of bachelors in urban and regional cultural and leisure practices in order to enrich their communicative experience; organization of project activities for the development and implementation of new urban cultural and leisure practices. The main components of the formation of the readiness of bachelors to cultural and leisure activities in the open educational space are motivational and value, communication and design. The authors trace the positive dynamics with the gradual introduction of certain organizational and pedagogical conditions, make statistical processing of the data obtained on the example of a bachelor degree in the humanitarian field.
