Dynamics Of Functional State Of The First Grade Schoolchildren At Different Periods Of Academic Year

Abstract: 
At present the issue of functional state dynamic (FS) of children at the initial period of adaptation to the education at school under additional information loads are still little studied. Purpose of the article. It is to identify students’ FS dynamics at the conditions of tense information loads during the process of adaptation to modern informational-educational environment. Research Methods. Methodology and methodic of the research. Students of the first grades (n=48) related to the health state to the main medical group took part at the research. The children’s FS study was being performed during different periods of the academic year: during 2-3rd, 6-7th, 15-16th and 26-27th weeks of education. To give the mark of FS the set of physiological, behavioral and psychological indexes was used. Results. The analyses of dynamics of the first grade schoolchildren’s functional state (FS) at different periods of academic year has shown that at the beginning of systematic education at school the additional information loads cause the expressed changes of physiological, psychological and behavioral indexes which are true to psychosocial stress among the children. Dynamics of the observed indexes had the same direction as among the boys as among the girls. While the development of adaptation process to educational environment it was observed the tendency of less significant changes of FS on the background of significant improvement of effectiveness of cognitive activity. The given tendency was more expressed at work of a comfort tempo. With that, all observed periods of academic year the information loads realized with maximal speed had a stress factor. It causes the necessity of use beginning with the first weeks of systematic education at school, set of prophylactically psychological-pedagogical and physiological-hygienically measures directed to the optimization of FS of the first grade schoolchildren at the condition of modern informational-educational environment.
