Modern Requirements for the Organization and Control of Students’ Independent Work in the Information and Educational Environment of Russian Universities

Abstract: 
Introduction to the problem. In this article the author considers the problem of personal-oriented studying, organization and implementation of control of independent work of students through information technologies, especially through the information and educational environment of the University. The main purpose of the article is to consider the problem of organization and control of independent work of students through information technologies, taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of students. This article discusses the main personality psych types in accordance with the models developed by Carl Jung. Priority methods of independent learning of the material in accordance with the characteristics of the student’s models developed by British scientists Gordon Pask and John Biggs are described. Methodology. In the article the author analyzes the psychological and pedagogical literature on the problems of organizing independent work of students. The author extensively studies the concept of “personality-oriented studying”. The main modifications of the FSES in the field of personal-oriented studying of students are identified and described. The author of the article used a questionnaire as an empirical research method. The obtained data can be used in the structure of the organization and the construction of the discipline. The answers received by the respondents tell about the quality of the questions posed, the possibility of effective self-analysis and self-realization of the student as a person. The main content of the study is the analysis of the results of a survey that was conducted among students of the Humanities Department of the “Sociology” of the Novosibirsk State Technical University. The questionnaire was conducted with the aim of determining the individual channel of perception of information by students in the process of their independent studying and analysis of students’ ideas of independent activity in the conditions of their work in the information and educational environment of Novosibirsk State Technical University.
