Forming a Single Integrated Successive Adaptive Educational Space of Professional Training of Military Specialists as an Important Condition of their Adaptation to Professional Activities

Abstract: 
Introduction. The article considers one of the important conditions for adaptation to professional activity – the formation of a single, holistic, continuous adaptive educational space of professional training. Vocational training of military specialists is considered as a condition for their adaptation to professional activities. The purpose, principles, the main elements of adaptive educational space are revealed. The purpose of the article – to prove that for the successful adaptation of military specialists to professional activity, it is necessary to form a single, holistic, continuous adaptive educational space for professional training. Methodology, research methods. The author used: conceptual and terminological analysis; forecasting and long-term planning method; modeling method; method of stating experiment. Research results, discussion. The process of integration of the basic educational programs of higher education and educational programs of military specialties, the experience of using modern teaching technologies for students who are trained in military specialties are disclosed. The results of experimental work to determine the level of adaptability of future military specialists at the initial and final stages of their training are presented.Conclusion. It is proved that the formed adaptive educational space made it possible to solve the problems of adapting military specialists to professional activities.
