Pedagogical Conditions for the Formation of Universal Competencies for Students of Economic Universities in the Course of Physical Education Classes

Abstract: 
Problem and goal. The article actualizes the problem of determining the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of universal competencies for students of economic universities in the process of conducting classes in physical culture. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the introduction of pedagogical conditions, the subsequent implementation of which will allow students to form universal competencies in order to effectively manage their time and the ability to choose a health-saving technology for the quality performance of professional tasks throughout the activity. Research methodology and methods. The definition of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the formation of universal competencies in students of economic universities was carried out in the context of systemic and personal-activity approaches. It should be noted that the understanding of the system approach made it possible to define pedagogical conditions in the process of solving the problem that represent a single whole, interrelated and interacting with each other in the process of forming universal competencies. In turn, the use of the personal-activity approach allowed to consider in determining the pedagogical conditions of the student, as a person with his characteristic psycho-physiological qualities, improving in the process of training for effective professional activity. We point out that the article presents pedagogical conditions that allow increasing the effectiveness of the process of forming universal competencies for training a specialist who is able not only to build a trajectory of self-development during life, but also to maintain the proper level of physical fitness to ensure full-fledged social and professional activities. In the process of determining the effectiveness of the implemented pedagogical conditions, methods of observation, analysis and comparison were used. The effectiveness of the implementation was determined in the process of monitoring students ‘ attendance at classes in the disciplines of the Department of Physical education and sports.
