Theoretical and Methodological Bases for Designing the Concept of the Adaptive System of Mathematical Training of Students in the Conditions of Electronic Educational Environment of the Higher Educational Institution

Abstract: 
The article brings up to date the problem of mathematical training of students in the conditions of electronic educational environment of higher educational institutions and substantiates the need to conceptualize this process from the perspective of an adaptive system. The purpose of the article is to reveal the theoretical and methodological bases for designing the concept of the adaptive system of mathematical training of students in the conditions of the electronic educational environment at higher education institution. Methodology. The analysis made it possible to give a detailed and qualitative assessment of the current state of mathematical training, its strengths and weaknesses. The concept of the adaptive system of mathematical training of students within university electronic educational environment fully and comprehensively reveals the essence, content and features of the phenomenon under consideration and is a complex, purposeful, dynamic system of theoretical and methodological knowledge, defining its key concepts. Results. The article outlines normative and legal bases of the concept of the adaptive system of mathematical training of students, its place in the pedagogical theory and the limits of its applicability. The core of the concept consists in the key note that the adaptive system of mathematical training of students in the conditions of the electronic educational environment of a higher educational institution should be based on the implementation of training adaptation algorithm depending on individual characteristics and preferences of students, managing the learning process within the electronic educational environment, using the mobile learning devices, a set of copyright software and hardware that allows to diagnose and raise the level of mathematical preparedness of students. The conclusion summarizes that the process of designing and developing the concept of an adaptive system of mathematical training of university students in the conditions of the electronic educational environment is quite complex and multifaceted. Its understanding and justification should be based on a number of methodological approaches: system, synergetic, cybernetic, environmental, personality-oriented, competency-based, activity, contextual, technological, axiological, and cultural. In modern conditions, it is impossible to build a single universal approach that includes the entire set of necessary procedures. In this regard, the developed concept is based on the functional as well as content and logical integration of various methodological approaches.
