The Model Of Formation of Intercultural Communicative Competence in Business Communication of Masters of Pedagogical Profile

Abstract: 
The conditions of professional activity in a contemporary educational environment, the development of international contacts actualize the problem of formation of intercultural communicative competence (ICC) in business communication of masters of pedagogical profile. ICC acquisition ensures a teacher the effective communication with foreign colleagues and business partners. The purpose of the article is to ground and describe the model of ICC formation in business communication of masters of pedagogical profile as the entity of coherent, interdependent components, discovering the inner structure and logic of the object under analysis; reflecting the process and the result of ICC formation in the sphere of business foreign communication. Model application possibilities in pedagogical science, in particular, the use of modeling of didactic systems in the foreign language education research are viewed in the scientific literature review. The peculiarities of modeling in this research are viewed in methodological grounds. The reason and description of the ICC formation model in business communication of masters of pedagogical profile are represented as the results of the research. The main structural model’s components, their characteristics and functions are examined here. The basic structural components are regarded with social-educational grounds and purposes; theoretical and methodological approaches; ICC structure; substantial component; organizational and pedagogical conditions; functions. Theoretical and practical value of the article is formulated in conclusion.
