SCHOOL-SOCIOCULTURAL CENTER IS A FACTOR OF TEENAGERS’ PERSONAL REALIZATION

Abstract: 
Some research results of building the school-based integrated community, that is a sociocultural center the operating benefits of which are assessed by the category of personal development as self-realization potential are discussed in the article. The personal development of senior students from grammar schools and schools with sociocultural educational system was analyzed. The results of the comparative empirical research are described in the article. It is established that teenagers from school-sociocultural center have more positive relation to the «personal values» (such as family, fatherland, culture, people, their inner world) than the students from grammar schools. The research data prove the advantages of school operating as sociocultural center that is the result of educational potential integration.
