PROFESSIONAL POSITION OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PHENOMENON

Abstract: 
The article considers the problems of determination of the essence of the professional position of a lecturer. It analyzes trends in the study of the professional position in general and teaching positions in particular. The author shows the need to include the concept of professional identity in the concept of the professional position of a lecturer. The phenomenon of multiple professional identity of a University teacher is characterized.
