The article analyzes the process of professional training of future pathologists in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania in the context of national trends and regional characteristics, such as the humanization, integration, democratization, and the computerization of education. However, there still remain a number of problems in the correctional pedagogy, part of which are intended to be solved by the new «Law on Education in the Russian Federation». In this regard special attention is devoted to the process of training future teacher-pathologists.
