THE FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF CHILDREN COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Abstract: 
The article examines the features of the development and formation of children’s communicative competence. It is suggested that the communicative competences are integral personal qualities of a child, aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of the communicative interactions, mediated by the experiences of interpersonal communication, the level of formation and development which allow successfully problem-solving. The reasons of distinguished communicative problems of the children from experimental groups are: absence of cooperation with environment, absence of the necessary skills and forms of communication, lack of information about the partner in communication; fuzzy, scant representations about the means of verbal and nonverbal communication and poor knowledge skills of using them; avoiding communication and difficulties in establishing contacts with adults and contemporaries, in the maintenance of communicative interaction’s process; absence of social experience, communicative relationships with environment, the influence of negative social and psychological factors on the formation of the child’s personality, that impede children’s communicative interaction. The attempt was made to consider the basic directions of communicative competence.
