The concepts of endowments, leader endowments are considered. The demand in a modern sociocultural situation of research of a phenomenon of leader endowments is proved. According to the author, there is an interrelation between intuition and leader endowments. The understanding by the author of intuition as special property of the subject, the quality necessary and inherent leader for which the element of involuntariness of emergence, and also insufficient sensibleness of those criteria which underlie promotion of this or that hypothesis is proved. Results of the empirical research conducted on students of the Institute of advertizing and public relations at the Novosibirsk state pedagogical university which purpose is interrelation establishment between parameters of leader endowments and intuition with application of a number of psychodiagnostic techniques are described. Results of the correlation and factorial analysis of the obtained data suggest the idea that the intuition is connected with leader abilities and, possibly, is included in it as a structural component.
