Abstract:
The author presents the structural functional model of management of education in the secondary professional education establishment. The authors determines the parameters of its contents which includes theoretical component (goals, theoretic methodological base, basic principles, approaches, influencing factors) and practical component (technology, pedagogical and organizational conditions, forecast outcome)
