THE PRINCIPLES AND APPROACHES OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS QUALITIES OF AN OFFICER IN THE LEARNING PROCESS AT THE MILITARY INSTITUTE

Abstract: 
In this article the principles, approaches , objectives and tasks of forming professional and business qualities officer cadets in training at the Military Institute of Russian Interior Ministry troops . The authors consider two dominant approaches and principles of professional and business qualities officer cadets used in the educational process in the Military Institute . Based on the analysis approaches identified three interrelated structural components: cognitive , operational and activity , motivation and evaluative . Disclose such competencies as : communicative , social , strategic , objective and professional promotional cadet at a deeper knowledge in the learning process in the military college , creating professional- quality and important properties of the individual officer. A content analysis of these theories concludes the special position and nature of the educational process in the formation of professional and business qualities officer cadets.
