THE RESOURCES AND FACILITIES OF TUTORING IN MILITARY UNIVERSITY

Abstract: 
The problem of tutoring in education is due to the changes in social and cultural realities. The article considers the tutoring as pedagogical position, which connected with organized system of education, based on the cognitive interest and proclivity of students. There is presented the technology of tutor support in scientific-research activity of cadets. Its show that the responsibility of a tutor consist of creation of necessary conditions for the emergence of educational result and understanding that this result is depends on the students themselves. The applying of technology of tutoring support of educational activity of cadets, it helps development of student’s thinking, it helps to remove the psychological barrier which a student have and access to productive and creative level.
