THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE FIRST RUSSIAN TEACHERS’ TO THE TUVA PUBLIC EDUCATION’S DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:
The paper presents the role of the first Russian teachers under Revolution conditions in Tuva at the beginning of the 1920-s. Nowadays it’s necessary to remember about it for international communication and training specialists in History of Pedagogic. The role of the Russian Self-Governing Work Colony which aimed at assisting the Soviet people in Tuva and aborigines in cultural education was shown. Well known scientist, Turkologist A.A. Palmbach’s valuable contribution to the foundation and development of the Tuva national alphabet and language is revealed.
