SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF ADAPTATION OF GRADUATES OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITIES TO THE LABOUR MARKET

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to the role and importance of professional adaptation of students in conditions of higher education as a factor of successful employment of graduates on the labour market. In this article, sufficiently describes the conceptual and terminological apparatus on this issue. Target approaches in the implementation of socio-pedagogical conditions of the efficient adaptation of graduates in the conditions of the University. Defined organizational and substantive form for successful professional adaptation, namely professional-mobile practice. Presents socio-pedagogical role in this activity the Center of promoting employment in the Governance structure of social work.
