Traditional and information-kommunicational form of the education in the modern school in Russia

Abstract: 
The system of the high professional technical education in Russia it’s the opening more impossibility for students. The main of the problem high technical school today – it is the develop of the professional competitions. Actuality of the problem of modern education – its balance of the traditional form and information-communicational technology. But also the main aspect – it’s the develop social and cultural knowledge – are basic of the creative activity of the personality. The actuality in the modern life and modern education it is the self-education and self-upbringing, the develop of the spiritual, creative of the personality.
