Abstract:
The article considers the problem of the formation of a professional – pedagogical orientation in the preparation of future pedagogue of additional education. An analysis of the experience of using active learning methods to solve this problem is presented. The authors present two forms of work (individual and group) and three methods of active learning (teaching discussion, solving game pedagogical problems, role play) with first-year students of a pedagogical university. The purpose of the article is to determine the possibilities of using active learning methods to form the professional and pedagogical orientation of students – future pedagogues of additional education. Methodology. The approaches of N. V. Kuzmina, V. A. Slastenin, A. I. Shcherbakov and others to the definition of the essence of a professionally-pedagogical orientation; the works of K. A. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, A. A. Verbitsky, V. V. Davydov, I. Ya. Lerner, G. P. Shchedrovitsky and others on the problems of active learning methods; approaches of L. N. Buylova, V. P. Golovanova, E. B. Evladova, B. V. Kupriyanova, I. I. Frischman to the theory and methodology of e additional ducation. Research result. To analyze the results of an empirical study, we used the survey method (questioning) and the control method (essay writing). The effectiveness of the approach used is confirmed by the positive dynamics of the level of professional orientation of freshmen in three years (2017, 2018, 2019). Conclusion. The main idea of the article: the use of active teaching methods in the preparation of future pedagogues of additional education allows you to create a professional and pedagogical orientation (interest in pedagogical activity, pedagogical calling, intentions and inclinations), stimulate the processes of professional self-development and self-improvement.
